Incredibly fast week

This week has been a busy week that just flew by Karen and I. We left Monday to take Hannah back to school. Hannah says she’s going to miss the living on the boat. It’s hard to believe she liked living in such close quarters with her parents. Last Mango is not that big and can seem small at times. I’ll miss her too.

Back to Iowa you go!

We made several stops along the way to pickup stuff that we stored at Sam’s house and my parents house. Hard to believe we fit everything in the Honda Accord and Element. I will say that Hannah packs like her mom and doesn’t have too much stuff. It didn’t take long to get her moved in and she did the rest. We said our goodbyes since we will not be seeing her again until Christmas break. It took Karen about 15 miles before she could stop wiping her eyes. Then we stopped back at my parents place ate dinner and again said goodbye to them. I told my mom and dad that I would call them every other day to keep them informed that we’re not dropping off the ends of the earth. Now on to Sam’s house. We spent the night and again said our goodbyes. This time it didn’t take Karen 15 miles to stop the tearing. Must be because Karen thinks that Nicole will take good care of Sam. I’m sure she will. We may come back sometime around the first of the year to see family and friends. Either way it will be several months before we see the kids or my parents. Karen’s parents moved to Florida several years ago so we will see them in December.

Now the couple hour trip back to Last Mango. We found a surprise when we arrived. Our enclosure was on and looks great. To be honest with you it’s just in time. Been very cool at night and we just love soaking up the sun in the morning and watching the sun go down in the warmth of the enclosure. We have a couple questions for Boat Taylors but it appears they did an excellent job. Kudo’s to Ed and Rich for tolerating our endless questions and their great work.

Full enclosure is our new 3 season room. Hopefully we won't have the 4th season.
